Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team within 60 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your bed and pack all components into the original boxes to ensure the solid wood panels remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your items are packed, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
