How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all bed frames within the contiguous United States. Orders typically process within 2-3 business days, and transit time generally ranges from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Is assembly difficult for one person?
While our beds are designed for straightforward assembly with detailed instructions, we recommend having two people available for the lifting portions of the build. Most customers complete the assembly in 2 to 4 hours using basic household tools.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return your Lori Bed within 60 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
